Jo Cook is an innovative food and drink consultant with a flair for bringing together artistic design, quality local produce, seamless service and exquisite presentation to create memorable cultural experiences. In September 2018 from a list of 30 Jo was named the sixth most influential chef in Tasmania by the Mercury.  Jo has extensive food and hospitality networks locally, nationally and internationally and was the Food Curator for Dark Mofo Winter Feast for 8 years then the Food & Drink Director for Tasmania’s all new Taste of Summer festival.  Jo is working with the Land and Sea Aboriginal Corporation of Tasmania (LSACT) as the link between their cultural catch of abalone and the Tasmanian hospitality community. She is the leader of Slow Food Hobart.
