Ross Parker

Ross started his cooking career in Launceston kitchens before moving into Brisbane fine dining, where he became Sous Chef at Il Centro. He then headed to Melbourne to work the pans at La Luna Bistro under renowned chef Adrian Richardson, and has brewed small-batch beer along the way. Cooking for community has always been part of the picture for Ross, going back to his time making free meals at the Salvation Army kitchen in Launceston. Today he drives for OzHarvest, rescuing good food and getting it to people who need it. He’s bringing that experience to the AgriCULTURED Community Feast.
