Healthy Eating on a Budget

In the lead-up to the agriCULTURED Festival in August, agriCULTURED and St Lukes present two community-focused workshops centred on healthy eating, sustainable kitchen practices, and the value of Tasmanian produce. These hands-on sessions are designed to support individuals and families in developing practical, budget-friendly food habits that are good for both people and the planet.

A family-friendly workshop led by celebrity chef Rhys Hannan and Eat Well Tasmania, focused on cooking nutritious meals on a budget. Participants will explore how to maximise seasonal Tasmanian ingredients, reduce reliance on processed foods, and highlight family-friendly recipes through fun, hands-on learning.
