Libby leads and designs creative campaigns at Eat Well Tasmania, a not-for-profit that champions seasonal eating and food waste reduction across the state. Libby works across the food system — with producers, chefs, communities, industry, and government to make fresh, local food the easy, affordable, and delicious choice for every Tasmanian. Eat Well Tasmania’s flagship campaign, What’s in Season, celebrates the story of Tasmanian food — “ we use this impressive story of provenance as a powerful tool for promoting health, sustainability, and connection — because what grows here belongs on our plates”, says Libby.
