Megan Verdon is a Senior Research Fellow at the Tasmanian Institute of Agriculture. Megan is interested in the development of livestock systems that achieve continual improvement in animal welfare and productivity. Her expertise includes confinement free sow housing systems, the use of virtual fencing technology to manage intensively grazed cattle and alternative rearing systems for dairy calves.
