A marketing expert with roots in tourism and hospitality, Michelle cut her teeth at the iconic Lake House Daylesford—both behind the pans and behind the brand. Her expertise spans tourism, hospitality, food systems, and the not-for-profit sector. Passionate about food in all its forms, Michelle devours cookbooks like novels and is often found baking up a storm in her kitchen.
