Paul Bevan is the founder and CEO of Magic Valley – an Australian food company developing healthy and delicious cultivated meat products.

Paul previously held senior roles at ASX100 listed companies, TABCORP, NAB & ANZ and has founded multiple successful companies; including Melbourne’s premier mixed martial arts centre and an award-winning finance brokerage.

On a mission to produce ethical and sustainable animal protein, he is dedicated to developing food technology solutions within the cellular agriculture industry.
He holds a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University and a Graduate Certificate in Science from Swinburne University.

In his spare time, Paul enjoys working out, watching Aussie Rules football and exploring Melbourne’s amazing food scene.

Paul will be a panelist at Conversations in the City ‘The XX Factor: Cultivating Change Through Ethical Investment’ on Friday, 2nd August. He will also be a panelist at Fire & Ferment Dinner on Saturday, 3rd August.
