Tom Woolley is the Managing Director of Food & Agri Programs at Startupbootcamp Australia and is based in Tasmania. He works with founders, researchers, growers, industry leaders and investors to turn promising ideas into practical projects, new businesses and commercial opportunities.

Tom’s strength lies in recognising potential, shaping early ideas and bringing together the people, partnerships and resources needed to move them forward. His work spans startup development, industry innovation, commercialisation, investment and strategic advisory, with a particular focus on food, agriculture and regional economic development.

With more than 20 years of experience across business growth, transactions, governance and investment, Tom has completed over 25 significant deals across food, healthcare, financial services and tourism. He also brings two decades of board experience, supporting organisations with strategy, commercial decision-making and sustainable growth.
